The hotel’s wellness haven, Adlon Spa by Resense, has been elevated with a collection of premium Starpool saunas, designed to deliver unparalleled relaxation and rejuvenation.

The Finnish Sauna, made of dark Toulipier Thermowood and equipped with light Ayous benches, creates an ideal environment for relaxation and respiratory health, with temperatures reaching 80-100°C. This sauna purifies and revitalises both body and mind, ensuring an unmatched sensory experience.

For a gentler approach, the Soft Sauna, built with Savu spruce featuring distinctive grain and an elegant black finish, offers temperatures and humidity levels between 50 and 60°C. The design of this sauna, part of Starpool's Glamour Collection, promotes relaxation and skin health, helping to reduce stress and anxiety while combining fine materials with timeless elegance.

Additionally, the Steam Room, made of Eco Stone Black, provides a wellness oasis at 45°C with 98 per cent humidity, encouraging natural exfoliation and boosting serotonin production.
