A series of YogaFit teacher-training workshops will take place in locations across the US.
Open to fitness trainers, massage therapists, group exercise instructors and general enthusiasts, upcoming level one workshops will take place in cities including New York, California and Washington.
The conferences and workshops give instructors the tools necessary to create user-friendly, fitness-orientated yoga classes. It includes correct physical execution, transitions and modifications to yoga poses, sequencing, class formats and effective ways to communicate the mind-body connection.
YogaFit has trained more than 75,000 professionals in the US and internationally, while helping to integrate yoga into spa, health club and gym programmes. Details: yogafit.com
