Science Museum to host adults-only events
As part of its strategy to make science available to all, the Science Museum in London is introducing late night, adults-only events.
The first of a series of events, to be called Science Museum Lates, will take place 24 September and will offer adults "shameless playtime" at all the museum's interactive galleries with the promise of not having to wait and let children to go first.
Anthony Richards, gallery programmes manager at the museum, said: "Let's not be ashamed to say that everyone's a kid at heart and is itching to spend time playing in our galleries.
"And in true Science Museum style, you'll probably learn something too."
The events will be free and no booking will be necessary.
