The latest Orange Fitness club – a 4.5m euro, 3,500sq m (37,670sq ft) new build site – has opened in Varna, Bulgaria.
Owned by development company Olmis and operated by Strata Partners, the club – which opened in November 2007 – is not only Strata Partners’ first in Bulgaria but, says Strata Partners CEO Anastasia Yusina, the first fitness club in the country.
Offering a Life Fitness-equipped gym, three studios, swimming pool, spa, treatment rooms and kids’ club, the 3,000-capacity club is targeting the premium end of the market.
Strata Partners also continues to develop the Russian market, with a number of new sites in the pipeline.
