OneandOnly Cape Town resort and spa in South Africa will open in September 2009.
The luxury property will be located on Cape Town’s Victoria & Alfred Waterfront with panoramic views of Table Mountain.
The resort will have two landscaped islands. One will feature 40 guestrooms, two of which will have their own en-suite spa rooms. The other island will have the spa.
The spa will have nine therapy rooms, a large vitality pool, separate heat experiences and a meditative relaxation zone.
Other future openings within the portfolio include One&Only Cacique resort in Costa Rica, with a 12,000sq ft (1,114sq m) spa and the One&Only Zanzibar resort and spa retreat, which will open in 2010 and overlook an atoll of coral reefs. Details: oneandonlyresorts.com
