New spa resort and villa complex for Suzhou City

The Thai Privilege Spa (TPS) Company, a Thailand-based operator of premium spas, has agreed a deal to design a spa, resort and villa complex in Suzhou city, China, for the Chinese property firm Grand Central Holdings (GCH).
TPS chief executive Surangrat Chirathivat said GCH had bought the franchise rights from TPS for its Regalia Boutique Spa and Resort.
According to The Nation, TPS is also about to enter into negotiations with GCH to become an investor in the complex, which is scheduled to open within the year.
