Mindful campaign for Courtney's
Courtney's has launched a summer promotion with a gym challenge, taking the concept of monopoly from the board game to the treadmill. Fitopoly is Courtney's new fitness version of monopoly, running throughout the company's national campaign: Move Directly to a Healthier Lifestyle. Fitopoly gives members and non-members the chance to 'head straight past go and discover the ways exercise can help improve mental and physical fitness'. In line with the campaign focus, Courtney's is also organising a range of events to raise money for mental health charity Mind. Recent survey results by Mind highlight the use of exercise as a 'vital tool' to help maintain mental health and prevent stress.
