LUX* Resorts & Hotels has partnered with personal trainer to elite athletes Stephen Price, of fitness and wellness company SP&Co London, to launch a new Wellness Concierge service for guests at the operator’s properties in Mauritius and the Maldives.
The LUX* Me Wellness Concierge is a tailored programme designed to help guests accomplish personal wellness goals, including weight loss, detoxification or rejuvenation.
Guests register to be a part of the wellness programme and are assigned a personal concierge who conducts a private consultation either upon the guest’s arrival at the property or over the phone beforehand. Based on the information received, the concierge will create a tailored LUX* Me itinerary to include healthy eating tips, cooking classes, spa treatments, personal training sessions and meditation exercises.
Other activities on offer as part of the programme include swimming with dolphins, free diving lessons, swimming with whale sharks in the Maldives, deep sea fishing and horse riding on the beach.
Designed to be accessible to everyone regardless of their level of fitness or knowledge of nutrition, guests who live in the UK are being invited to the SP&Co studio in Chelsea for ‘top up sessions’.
Chief spa and wellness officer at LUX* Resorts & Hotels, Jeff Butterworth, commented: “LUX* Resorts & Hotels are all about celebrating life, so we are here to prove fitness and healthy eating can be part of a great holiday.”
