IHRSA index shows growth

A recent survey of 18 leading small- and medium-sized US operators, conducted on behalf of IHRSA, has found that commercial health club financial performance improved in Q1 ’08 compared to Q1 ’07, in spite of the current economic uncertainty.
Revenue grew by an average of 15 per cent to US$17.5m for Q1. Similar growth was reported for Q4 ’07.
