Henlow Grange breaches Health & Safety regulations

Champney’s Henlow Grange spa in Hertfordshire was found guilty by Mid Beds District Council for breaching three health and safety regulations after two guests were injured in falls after losing their balance on a steep staircase while wearing hotel slippers between March and April 2005. The operator pleaded guilty to the offences and incurred £36,000 in costs.
