ISPA 2019 will welcome thousands of professionals from across the spa industry
The 2019 ISPA Conference & Expo is headed back to Las Vegas between 11 and 13 September 2019. Join thousands of professionals from across all spa industry sectors at the must-attend event featuring three days of speaker presentations covering a range of relevant topics, an Expo floor offering the latest spa products available on the market and amazing keynote speakers armed to leave you inspired.
To kick things off, best-selling author and top TED Talk speaker Susan Cain will take the General Session stage on September 11. Cain is the author of Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can’t Stop Talking and Quiet Power: The Secret Strengths of Introverts where she explains how people dramatically undervalue introverts and what is lost by doing so. Additionally, in her 2012 TED Talk which has been viewed over twenty million times, she argues that introverts bring extraordinary talents and abilities to the world and should be encouraged and celebrated.
On September 12, ISPA is excited to welcome Marcus Buckingham back to the ISPA Conference & Expo as the keynote speaker. Buckingham is a leading authority and best-selling author on employee productivity and best practices of leadership and management. He previously wowed attendees in 2010 and is sure to do so again as he plans to provide attendees with insights on how they can harness and apply unique employee strengths and how those strengths can translate into long-term success for their organizations.
