GLL wins award for inner city work

Greenwich Leisure (GLL) has been recognised for its role in the regeneration of Britain’s inner cities.
The company is one of the top 100 fastest growing businesses in the UK’s inner cities according to the third Inner City 100 Index, dubbed the Enterprise Oscars by Chancellor Gordon Brown.
“The Inner City 100 is helping to create a more dynamic, innovative and enterprising Britain,” said the Chancellor. “For far too long, the image of enterprise in this country has been of a closed circle with millions left out.”
Social responsibility and public benefit are an integral part of GLL’s business activities said managing director, Mark Sesnan: “This award is very important to us and marks our commitment to our customers and our staff. We hope we continue to grow at this pace and continue achieving this award for many years to come.”
