FitSteps making strides in Oxfordshire
Since being launched in January this year, SOLLutions Health & Fitness membersin Oxfordshire are reaping the benefits of SOLL Leisure’s new FitSteps service plan.
Through the initiative, all new members are encouraged to focus on achieving their goals by establishing a regular, effective and enjoyable exercise routine.
Appointments with fitness consultants are specifically designed to support members achieving results.
Adam Young, fitness manager at SOLL’s Park Sports Centre, near Oxford, said: “For me, member service is our unique selling point in our competitive market and as a fitness professional I know I’m going to be judged on members achieving results.
“Having been involved in designing and establishing Fitsteps it’s great to hear the positive feedback coming from our members.”
Member Alison Baker, who joined in January, said: “I am really impressed with the level of professional service that I have received and enjoy exercising in the welcoming atmosphere.
“I’m already achieving results - I’m a better shape, I’ve lost a couple of inches from my waist, I’m more toned and my friends say I look great. In fact I’m so pleased I’ve recommended a friend to join.”
Fitsteps appointments are recorded and performance monitored at site and individual instructor level so that standards can be continuously improved and staff training opportunities identified.
