What does your Company provide to Spas and Fitness ? LPG provides a complete Health, Beauty and Wellness solution, using natural and non-invasive techniques, delivered with 3 machines :
* CELLU M6 (Endermologie) : exclusive and patented technology to treat the connective tissue. The 1st device to be cleared by the FDA in US to treat cellulite and body contours. The painless treatment also releases muscular stiffness and improves micro-circulation. * LIFT6 (Cosmécanique) : a non-invasive and painless anti-aging treatment for face, neck and bust. A perfect and effective alternative to chirurgical face lift, that boosts the skin quality and redesign face contours.
* HUBER : core muscle training, rehabilitation, posture, coordination and balance. A revolutionary machine to strengthen and reshape the body. LPG has validated the action and effectiveness of these 3 machines by conducing scientific studies in collaboration with the most reputed Universities and Hospitals.
The synergy between the devices and the softness of the technology leads naturally LPG to a holistic concept … to be integrated or declined in any Spa or Fitness facilities.
Are your products available throughout Asia ? Yes, you can find the 3 LPG devices (CELLU M6, LIFT6 and HUBER) within 12 countries in Asia : Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Japan, China, Taiwan, Korea, India, Vietnam, Brunei.
Are your products available from source or trough distribution channels ?
Both networks are possible but generally our Distributors will manage the delivery and local services. All our Distributors have training and technical centres. My role here is to control the quality and effectiveness of these services.
What support / product training do you provide across Asia ? As our techniques are used by health and beauty specialists, we provide 2 types of training: aesthetic and therapeutic (including aesthetic applications). All the trainers of our Distributors are trained in France, where the technique is born: they learn through theoretical and practical training the basic statements (about the connective tissue and its pathologies, the aging process, …), but also the LPG exclusive methods for each application of our techniques. Besides we provide our customers with specific protocols and training manuals/DVD. A complete marketing kit is delivered with the machines. Our head office in France is also a precious support in marketing, communication and P.R.
What advice would you give to new suppliers in the region about selling to different areas within Asia pacific ?
I would tell them our experience in this part of the world. Everyone has to strongly consider the needs and specificities of each country, and further than the development of an effective service and training network, we found necessary to develop new studies specifically on Asian skin. Currently 2 studies are in progress in Asia.
What will be the most innovative developments in terms of products in your industry over the next few years ? HUBER, our last innovation, has just been launched last year after the CELLU M6 Keymodule and LIFT6, so it’s a brand new product for us ! We have here a complete beauty and anti-aging solution, which LPG Research Department is examining in details to create new protocols, as for example Body Shaping (HUBER) + Localized Trapped Fat program (CELLU M6).
In addition, we just created LPG skincare, which optimise and complete the results of Endermologie and Cosmécanique treatments. They are now available in Asia.
