DC Leisure launches Swim4Health scheme

Leisure contractor DC Leisure has launched Swim4Health, a pilot project that aims to offer members an 'aquatic alternative' to the gym.
The scheme will initially be rolled out across Amber Valley Borough Council and will feature a number of activities including Aqua Circuits, Aqua Jogging, Swim4Fitness, Learn to Swim and 'Coach & Stroke' drop in sessions.
Swim4Health also includes an aquatic GP referral programme and is supported by the Amateur Swimming Association (ASA) and equipment supplier Zoggs.
