Champneys to expand day spa portfolio

UK-based Champneys Health Resorts has opened a new in-store day spa at a flagship Boots outlet at the MK1 Centre in Milton Keynes.
The launch is part of the group's plans to expand its portfolio of day spas. It has secured a partnership deal with Boots - a leading UK pharmacist and beauty retailer - to launch a number of high street, in-store sites at Boots stores.
Designed by creative agency Caulder Moore, the format builds on Champneys' day spa retail outlet concept which the agency first established in 2007.
The agency's brief was to translate and evolve the high street day spa concept into a format that would work within a self contained unit within large Boots stores.
