Debuting in March, the four-day, three-night programme will cost US$7,000 per person and blend traditional and alternative medicine modalities
M/Power retreats will be led by a team of medical experts who will provide one-on-one consultations to address individual needs across a range of disciplines in one place, at one time
Canyon Ranch has scheduled four M/Power retreats for 2025

US-based luxury wellness brand Canyon Ranch has launched a targeted four-day retreat designed to support women through menopause and perimenopause with expert-led health insights and treatments.

The first of four 2025 M/Power retreats, priced at US$7,000 per person (€6,726, £5,635), will take place at Canyon Ranch's flagship Lenox resort in Massachusetts this March*.

Capped at 15 participants, each retreat will be led by Canyon Ranch's team of specialists, including top physicians, nutritionists, exercise physiologists, licensed mental health therapists and spiritual wellbeing professionals.

All retreat journeys will begin with personalised one-on-one consultations with Canyon Ranch team members to help participants address their individual needs across a range of disciplines in one place, at one time.

Attendees will get a close-up look at their overall health through a range of services including a blood work panel, a women's hormonal panel and a Dexa body scan, all complemented by daily access to CR Vitality – Canyon Ranch’s modern recovery and biohacking tech suite.

This is merged with a selection of consultations, spa treatments and daily M/Power group sessions, designed to foster a network of support and community. Topics on the agenda will include hormones, sex, stress and resilience, circadian rhythms and sleep, emotional balance, alternative treatments and nutrition.

Guests also have an option to add a sleep screening and cancer screening panel during their stay.

"Today, more than ever, women are actively seeking in-depth guidance, data, insights and tools to help navigate the many complexities and variables we face during menopause and perimenopause," says Dr Jennifer Baker-Porazinski, Canyon Ranch MD and M/Power immersion lead.

"M/Power provides women with an unmatched and unprecedented foundation for menopause and perimenopause understanding and care while delivering a comprehensive assessment of overall health."

The M/Power package includes all meals, access to 30+ daily activities and all testing, educational sessions, consultations and related health and wellbeing services.

Attendees will also be offered two virtual follow-ups post-visit with Canyon Ranch specialists.

"Canyon Ranch has a unique platform to create a menopause and perimenopause programme that balances traditional and alternative medicine alongside our expertise in mental health, spiritual wellness and education," said Mark Rivers, CEO of Canyon Ranch.

"M/Power will be a signature programme for women at our resort in the Berkshires, with its stunning campus, state-of-the-art facilities and a welcoming team of specialists and service providers.”

*M/Power retreat schedule for 2025

Canyon Ranch will host four M/Power retreats in 2025 at its Lenox location:

• 10-13 March. • 28-31 May.

• 28-31 August. • 10-13 November.
