BBNPA event organiser and tourism growth officer, Carol Williams, said: “Many residents and visitors seem to be increasingly concerned about where their food comes from and sometimes it can be challenging for hoteliers, restaurateurs, café owners and publicans to source good quality local Welsh produce.
