Annual industry event Forum Hotel and Spa (Forum HOTel&Spa) is taking place on 1 June, 2023 in Paris to offer a perfect blend of expert insight, networking and sharing of best practice.

The theme for this year’s meeting is Authentic Wellness – it is time to change. Attendees will discover innovative and effective solutions for their wellness and hospitality businesses while hearing from revered speakers from all over the world – including George Gaitanos and Rainer Usselmann – who will debate fascinating subjects such as authentic wellness and building healthy and sustainable habits in the age of the metaverse.

A highlight of the speaker programme will be a discussion about ‘Leadership: the challenges with the cost and scarcity of labour and the comprehension of wellness’ between industry figures Andrew Gibson and Cornelia Kausch.

Their comments and opinions will surprise and inspire attendees, while also quashing many preconceived norms in the industry.

Rewarding industry excellence

As in previous years, Forum Hotel and Spa will reward and recognise the champions and luminaries of the industry with an awards ceremony.

The following awards will be presented:

• The Black Diamond Award – for an industry-leading spa manager.• The Blue Diamond Award – for an industry-leading director in the thalassotherapy field.

• The Red Diamond Award – a first for 2023, this honour will be presented to an individual who has been fiercely devoted to the principles and practices of wellness throughout their life. The award will celebrate someone who has made an outstanding contribution in an area of wellness – either as an entrepreneur or as a champion of health and wellness.
