110k upgrade for Spenborough gym

Spenborough Pool and Fitness Complex in Liversedge, West Yorkshire, has unveiled a new £110,000 fitness suite.
The project has seen the creation of a new area for cycling classes and two new beauty rooms as well as a revamp of the existing changing rooms, dance studio and gym - including the installation of new Technogym equipment and a new entertainment system.
Anthony Meadowcroft, operations manager for Spenborough Pool and Fitness Complex, said: "We are all very pleased and excited with the results of the fitness suite refurbishment.
"We can now offer a wider range of equipment and fitness classes, which includes a new designated studio cycling area, both to members and to the public on a pay and play basis."
The facility is operated by sports trust Kirklees Active Leisure.
