Building smarter strength spaces for today’s operators

Strength training has moved from the margins to the mainstream. Once viewed as a specialist offering, it’s now central to member expectations – influencing everything from joining rates to retention and secondary spend.

As strength training continues to attract a broader spectrum of members – spanning different ages, training backgrounds and motivations – forward-thinking operators are evolving their spaces to support more varied behaviours than ever before. The question is no longer whether to prioritise strength, but how to do so intelligently when space, budgets and programming demands are all under pressure.
