The Bank House Hotel, Spa and Golf destination in Worcestershire,UK, has recently completed a multi-million pound refurbishment, that saw the addition of a new build spa, Malvern View, and a restaurant.

Malvern View features an indoor pool, a fitness studio with personal training, a leading edge thermal suite and Temple Spa treatments.
Claire Turner, marketing and PR manager at Bank House Hotel, says: : “We wanted to give the hotel a fresh look and create a high-end destination.”

“We’ve tried to go for understated luxury,” adds Turner, “with lots of natural stone, driftwood-style furnishing and earthy colours throughout.”
To create the changing rooms the Bank House team worked closely with bespoke furniture manufacturer Crown Sports Lockers, who planned and designed optimal spaces for the male and female changing areas and treatment rooms.

Crown Sports Lockers installed clothes and bag lockers fitted with digital keypad locks to ensure effective key management, vanities, washroom basins and WC and shower cubicles.
Turner says: “Crown’s customer service was excellent throughout. The installation went exactly to plan and they were flexible when our project timescales shifted a little. The finished product looks as good today as when they first installed it.”
