Snozone, Europe’s largest indoor ski centre operator is seeking acquisition opportunities in the UK health and fitness, sports and experiential leisure sectors.
Kevin Conibear, director of leisure property specialists, Fleurets, has been appointed to secure new opportunities across the active leisure market. Both individual sites and portfolio acquisitions are being sought.
Snozone managing director, Nick Phillips, says: “We have been exploring expansion opportunities for some time, to add year-round operations to complement our existing portfolio. Given our experience in the sector, we view health and fitness and active leisure operations as a key focus for our continued growth.”
Owned by NewRiver REIT, Snowzone currently operates ski centres in Milton Keynes, Yorkshire and Madrid.
Conibear says Snozone is a well-established operator with a strong track record in delivering high-quality leisure experiences.
