New social enterprise to deliver leisure in East Kent

East Kent social enterprises Thanet Leisure Force (TLF) and Vista Leisure (VL) have merged, as of 1 April, to form Your Leisure Kent Limited.
The new company remains a social enterprise and the partners say the merger will improve the sustainability of leisure provision in East Kent and extend the range of services available to customers.
TLF managing director Steve Davis said: "This merger offers a significant opportunity for both Thanet Leisure Force and Vista Leisure to take our businesses forward by consolidating resources and combining our strengths."
