Facilities at Green Bank Leisure Centre in Swandlincote, South Derbyshire is set for a £500,000 revamp after securing a National Lottery grant.
The £150,000 grant will contribute towards the cost, with the rest being made up by the District Council, South Derbyshire Sport and Active Nation, which manages the Civic Way site.

Sport England's Chair, Richard Lewis, said: "This National Lottery investment is helping us deliver a lasting sporting legacy in South Derbyshire from last year's successful Olympic and Paralympic Games.
"With so many clubs in the Midlands having benefited from this fund already and building on the success of last summer, this is the legacy people want for their local community."
