Former professional wrestler Chris Thompson has created the Seed Stacked Bars, a range of healthy flapjack bars packed with seeds.

Available in three varieties - original, carob and yoghurt topped - the bars are made from 100 per cent natural ingredients, including sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds linseeds and rolled oats.

Suitable for people of all ages and sizes, they can be used either before or after a workout and are designed to suit all dietary requirements.

Chris (pictured) says: "It has been an eventful journey but has ultimately had an extremely positive outcome with the start of what I hope will be a hugely successful career, developing new ways to introduce this vital ingredient into the diets of everyday people."
