There are multiple uses that can be achieved in one piece of kit such as _ functional strength, over-speed training, with a SAP bar, foot work with cones and a predator belt.

SAP exercise equipment is a mix of 6m, 3m and 1.2m stretch cords, SAP bar with rotating anchors at each end, the predator belt, anchor points, handles and four strength of stretch cord. All kit has a carabiner or clip at each end for anchoring or attaching a handle.
