Lanhydrock Hotel and Golf Club unveils new gym

The hotel has installed a range of free weights and other functional accessories
Lanhydrock Hotel and Golf Club in Cornwall has added a new fitness facility.
The facility offers 15 stations of Life Fitness’ Discover Series SE Cardiovascular equipment, featuring LFconnect; users can plug in their iPhone or iPad, or simply log in to the LFconnect website on the console screen, to create new workout programmes, or continue those they’ve previously saved and tracked. The gym also offers Optima Dual resistance, Life Fitness’s first group exercise bike – the Lifecycle GX – and cable motion dual-assisted pulleys. In addition, the hotel has installed a range of free weights and other functional accessories.
Owned and managed by the Bond family, the hotel is located on the Cornish coast, a stone’s throw from the Eden Project.
