Summer is officially on its way and Universal Music's number 1 fitness album of 2011 is back with The Workout Mix – Beach Fit!
Following the success of The Workout Mix 2011 and The Workout Mix 5K & 10K Playlists, The Workout Mix – Beach Fit! features nonstop hits from the likes of Lady Gaga, Jessie J, Nicole Scherzinger, JLo and Alexis Jordan, combined with the biggest and best classic summer tracks. Created specifically by music and fitness experts, it provides three hours of uplifting anthems and motivating beats, designed to offer the maximum energy boost and super-charge a workout.
There are also additional bonus features designed to help users through challenging training sessions and get them in perfect shape for the beach. Celebrity trainer, Elise Lindsay has created a six-week Beach Fit! Training plan and an exclusive audio training session to guide users through a cardio style workout.
The Workout Mix - Beach Fit! contains two 60 minute playlists designed to boost cardio exercise, with a third mix designed for strength and resistance training. All three playlists include a warm up and a cool down.
The album also includes a free comprehensive nutrition plan and podcast from the experts at Maxitone, as well as a free seven-day gym pass with a free Beach Fit! Body analysis at any Fitness First gym.
