The new Virtual Trainer workout buddy system from Life Fitness adds another level of engagement, fun and competition, by allowing users to share programmes and results.
The Life Fitness Virtual Trainer, available on Elevation Series Engage and Inspire cardio products, educates health club members and elevates their exercise experience, keeping them motivated and committed to working out.
Combining console support, a free website and USB wristband, the Virtual Trainer is an easy-to-use solution which allows users to create and track workouts, from console to computer and back again.
Users will never hit the ‘quick start’ button again as the Virtual Trainer acts to educate them about different programmes, reducing intimidation and helping them to understand the investment made in new equipment by their club as they get to properly experience its full functionality.
Dependent on specified work out goals, Virtual Trainer also features recommended programmes such as weight loss, marathon training or youth and teen programmes. Allowing members to track progress over the weeks of the programme, Virtual Trainer also helps users to celebrate success with goal specific accomplishments.
