Cybex introduces its new ambassador
Continuing the relationship between Cybex International and tv show 'The Biggest Loser', Cybex has named the runner up of the last series - Paddy Cunningham - as a Cybex Ambassador.
In his new role, Cunningham will represent the company at numerous industry events in the UK and Ireland, including Leisure Industry Week and the Sport and Fitness Show in Dublin. He will also write an exclusive monthly fitness blog, discussing his fitness progress and training updates as he works towards becoming a REPS qualified Level 4 advanced personal trainer and fitness instructor.
Cybex was the official equipment supplier for the US show and were asked to support the UK series with equipment. The agreement also follows an established, successful partnership between Cybex and fitness ambassador Patrick House, a previous winner of the US version of the popular show.
Following his time on 'The Biggest Loser', Cunningham lost 92lbs/41.7kg over five months, totalling 31.19 per cent of his percentage body weight. Image: Paddy Cunningham with Ciaran Magee, Territory Manager for Cybex Ireland and Northern Ireland
