Check out the new Urethane range at LIW 2010
PowerBlock Fitness is the European distributor for the complete range of PowerBlock dumbbells and will be launching the new Urethane Series in the UK during Leisure Industry Week (21-23 Sept 2010, NEC).
The Urethane Series from PowerBlock are the fourth generation of PowerBlocks. The urethane coated weight plates offer the ultimate in smooth, quiet performance in addition to their 'flex' technology (patent pending) in both the weight plates and the selector pins making for the most durable PowerBlock ever. The coloured rails are powder coat painted and are on both sides of each block for easy identification of the different weights.
There are 3 key models within the new Urethane Dumbbells Series - the U33 has a weight range of 1.5-11kg (3-21lbs) per hand that can be expanded to 15kg (33lbs) with the Stage 2 Add on Kit to replace the equivalent of 25 pairs of traditional dumbbells. The U50 has a weight range of 2.5-22.5kg (5-50lbs) per hand replacing 20 pairs of standard weights and U90 starts at the same weight as the U50 but can be expanded to 41kg per hand (90lbs) with the addition of the Stage 2 Add on Kit to replace the equivalent of 28 pairs of traditional dumbbells.
Also being showcased for the first time in the UK at LIW is the new Urethane KettleBlock. With two models to choose from the Kettleblock 20 is the equivalent of 5 standard kettlebells with weight increments of 2.25-9kg (5-20lbs) and the Kettleblock 40 replaces the need for 8 separate kettlebells with weight increments of 3.5-18kg (8-40lbs). The Kettlebell 40 can also be added to with a conversion kit to increase the weight to 25kg (55lbs).
