press release: Output Sports
Output Sports showcases scalable performance coaching for commercial gyms at Elevate 2026
As the commercial fitness sector continues to evolve towards more measurable, performance-led training experiences, Output Sports is set to make a major statement at Elevate 2026, taking place at Excel London, June 17–18.
Appearing at the UK’s largest trade event for the physical activity sector, Output Sports will use the event to showcase both its growing role in performance education and its software-led ecosystem for strength and performance training, marking a significant expansion into the commercial gym and personal training market.
Founded through research at University College Dublin by CEO Martin O’Reilly and COO Darragh Whelan, Output Sports has built its reputation within elite sport by helping coaches capture and apply real-time strength and power performance data directly within training environments. Having established itself across high-performance sport, the company is now bringing those same principles into the commercial gym space, where operators and personal trainers are increasingly seeking ways to evidence progress, personalise coaching and improve member engagement.
Reflecting this focus on education and coaching development, O’Reilly will join Elevate’s Accelerate theatre programme as part of the session, “The Winning Mindset: Exploring the Psychology of Movement from Elite Sport to Everyday Exercise”, taking place on Wednesday, June 17 from 10:15–10:45.
The discussion will explore how principles from elite sport, including resilience, focus and psychological readiness, can help improve motivation, long-term exercise adherence and training outcomes across the wider population. It will also examine the growing role of behavioural science, neuroscience and digital coaching in shaping the future of exercise engagement and performance.
Alongside the education programme, Output Sports will be showcasing its integrated technology platform,, demonstrating how it enables coaches, trainers and operators to deliver more measurable and personalised training experiences at scale. Built around the principles of velocity-based training, the platform combines real-time performance tracking with coaching and programming tools designed to help gyms evidence results, improve engagement and elevate the overall training experience.
The company will also showcase its latest innovations, including the Hyrox Conditioning Test and Platform, following its recent appointment as the official Hyrox365 Athlete Testing and Benchmarking Partner.
“Output Sports delivers what modern gyms need: a scalable way to prove results, elevate coaching and turn training into a measurable, high-value experience,” said Martin O’Reilly, CEO of Output Sports.
Output Sports will be exhibiting at Elevate 2026 at Excel London on June 17–18 and can be found on the Keiser stand (H05).
