World's largest teddy bear museum opens in Chengdu

The world's largest teddy bear museum has opened in Chengdu, Sichuan province, China.
The museum took three years to build and features a collection of more than 1,600 stuffed bears within 10,000sq m (107,639sq ft) of exhibition space.
Located at the International Sports City in Wenjiang District of Chengdu, the museum showcases a collection of lifelike scenes that are recreated using teddy bears. Exhibitions on display include a re-enactment of the fall of the Berlin wall, the Terracotta Army and the building of the Colosseum and the pyramids.
Other collections on show display teddy bears dressed as the Beatles and teddy bears landing on the moon.
The museum’s Sculpture Gallery houses replicas of classical sculptures – such as Venus of Milo – featuring teddy bear heads.
The Trick Art Space is a room full of optical-illusion art, and the museum's Panda Hall aims to educate visitors on everything to do with the life of pandas.
The museum also includes a 3D theatre and landscaped gardens.
