The more friends that a member encourages to take up membership, the more chances they have of winning £1,000. A second loyalty scheme, 'Get the Fitbug, rewards regular attendance with the opportunity to win spot prizes, such as coaching from a personal trainer, sun bed sessions and guest passes.
