The Good Spa Guide has announced the winners of its 2024 Good Spa Guide Regional Awards, honouring nine standout spas across the UK.

The winners were unveiled today (25 November) during a private awards ceremony held at London’s iconic Fortnum & Mason department store. The selection process was based on the Good Spa Guide's Bubble Rating audit and evaluations by its Spa Spies, who conducted anonymous reviews of each location.

The coveted Best New Spa award went to Mandarin Oriental’s new subterranean wellness retreat in Mayfair, part of the luxury operator’s second five-star London property which opened in June.

Meanwhile, the four-story Guerlain Spa at Raffles London at The OWO also triumphed, securing the title of Best London Spa after winning Best New Spa in 2023, affirming its place among the capital’s elite wellness destinations.

“These awards allow us to celebrate the best spas across the UK,” said Caitlin Dalton, Good Spa Guide director.

“Whether consumers are looking for a spa garden heaven in the West Midlands, soothing ocean views in the South West or a super-glam subterranean wellness facility in London, these spas represent the best in the industry. Today’s regional awards complement the Good Spa Guide's annual consumer-choice awards, which spotlight industry excellence across seven categories based on facility offerings.
