Oliver to float Jamie's Italian?

Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver is considering floating his Jamie's Italian restaurant chain onto the stock market.
The chain, in which he holds a majority stake, opened its latest site in Bristol last week and could be valued as high as £100m in an Initial Public Offering.
There are currently 19 Jamie's Italian branded restaurants - 17 in the UK and one each in Sydney, Australia and Dubai, UAE.
