New leisure development for the West Midlands
REID architecture has received planning permission on behalf of joint clients Ashfield Land and NCP for a new £10m leisure development in Wolverhampton.
The 50,000sq ft complex, situated on Pipers Way, will include bars and restaurants in the smaller units at ground level and a 60-room hotel on the top three floors, with plans for a casino on the first floor. The development will also incorporate a 400-space multi-storey car park.
Chief planning officer, Costas Georghiou, said: It is another important phase in the regeneration of the bus and railway stations' side of the city centre. Details: www.reidarchitecture.com
