Middlesbrough FC scores with events management solution
Clarity Commerce has supplied an events management software solution to Middlesbrough FC's special events team to help boost non-match day revenue at the club's Riverside Stadium.
The new event manager solution gives the club's events team the opportunity to customise stationery and documentation to each specific event without the assistance of the support desk while the software's diary checklist option ensures the efficient and effective managements of sales with follow-up calls.
Other benefits to the Middlesbrough Event Manager solution could be seen during the recent 2009 Christmas period, when the club's events team utilised the multi room option for party bookings - they could even input menu choices into the solution, ensuring information was passed to the venue services team with the ultimate efficiency.
Teresa Dickson, Special Events Co-ordinator Middlesbrough Football Club said: "Clarity has delivered a tailored solution which has made managing our off-field operations very straightforward, allowing us to take a flexible approach to our events organisation. Crucially, the Clarity solution has enabled us to be efficient from an initial enquiry right the way through to delivering the event on the day to invoicing clients."
Established in 1993, Clarity's software helps retail, leisure and entertainment companies to win and retain customers. It works by processing and tracking transactions more efficiently, solving problems such as long queues, slow customer service, lack of reliable information and poor co-ordination of sales channels.
