Manchester United eyeing Singapore listing?
Manchester United Football Club (MUFC) is reportedly exploring the possibility a partial floatation on the Singapore Exchange in a bid to generate US$1bn (£605m, EUR693m).
According to the Financial Times, the club has selected Credit Suisse to prepare for the move, which is designed to capitalise on its "strong fanbase in Asia". The newspaper claimed that as much as 30 per cent of MUFC would be made available as part of the floatation, which would enable the Glazer family to establish a "true valuation" of the club.
