Golden Tulip Hospitality is set to launch a new restaurant concept called the LODGE.
The free-standing restaurant chain will combine a restaurant, bar and lounge, which will cater to both hotel guests and the general public.
The concept will be rolled out at 12 existing Golden Tulip hotels in the Netherlands over a six-month period starting from September. It will also be made available to the company’s franchisees.
The forthcoming 282-room Golden Tulip Hamburg Aviation in Germany – set to open in December – will also incorporate a LODGE, as will the Tulip Inn Düsseldorf – Arena, which is set to open in January 2007.
