JHT restructuring

Johnson Health Tech has merged its four US subsidiaries. The new entity – Johnson Health Tech North America Corp – combines Horizon Fitness, Matrix Fitness Systems, Vision Fitness and Johnson Health Tech Research & Development into one fitness equipment company.
Chris Clawson, formerly president of Matrix, is president and CEO. Horizon, Matrix and Vision will retain their brand identities, and their own sales and marketing teams.
