Greens to expand with six sites

Greens Health & Fitness has announced it is to expand by opening at least six new sites.
The health club operator – formerly part of the De Vere Group and now owned by the Alternative Hotels Group – has appointed Savills to advise on the acquisition the clubs over the next 12 months.
Each new club will be around 25,000 sq ft (2,323 sq m) in size and comprise a 20m swimming pool, spa and.
In a brief given to Savilles, the new sites will be set within 1.5 acres (0.6 hectares) and have car parking for a minimum of 150 car parking spaces.
Greens currently runs 15 clubs around the UK.
