A major refurbishment at the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz at the foot of the Alps in eastern Switzerland is nearing completion.
The resort includes two hotels: the Grand Hotel Quellenhof & Spa Suites – which will have 57 new spa suites added by early 2009 – and the Grand Hotel Hof Ragaz.
There is also a 48,437sq ft (4,500sq m) To B. Wellbeing & Spa facility on site, which is undergoing a revamp and will reopen in late 2008.
The resort also contains the Tamina Therme thermal spring, which is currently closed for modernisation and due to reopen in 2009.
