Cooper plans expansion of Aerobics Center
Kenneth Cooper, founder and chairman of the Cooper Aerobics Center, has announced plans to open the first fully-owned and operated Cooper Aerobics Center outside of the original in Dallas.
The 70,000sq ft wellness centre and spa will open in McKinney, one of the fastest-growing cities in the US.
The facility will offer a full-service day spa, indoor jogging track, strength-training area, indoor basketball court, outdoor pool and an outdoor track.
Services will include educational seminars, personal fitness assessments and group exercise classes.
“The continuing growth of McKinney makes it an ideal location for another Cooper Aerobics Center,” said Cooper.
The centre is scheduled to open in 2006.
