Chapel turned into play centre
A derelict chapel in Llanelli, Wales, has been transformed into a large children’s play centre.
The £401,000 redevelopment of the Soar Chapel in the town's Marsh Street was completed by husband and wife team Hayden and Debbie Jones, who spent 11 months on the project.
Called Childsplay, the 5,522sq ft centre will host children’s parties, mother and toddler groups, music sessions and storytelling times.
The funding for the project was partly provided by Carmarthenshire County Council (£108,570).
