Butterfly High opens
A 150-capacity new cocktail bar situated in London’s Mayfair area has opened in Dover Street on the site of the former Yatra Indian restaurant.
Called Butterfly High, it is the second venture for Nirbhay Lalvani, who also owned Yatra.
The main bar has been made out of imported bamboo and there is a separate dining room for up to 40 guests.
The cocktail menu, devised by head barman Michal Okupny, includes a selection of Pan Asian-inspired cocktails including the champagne-based Lychee Lee and the rose petal vodka Butterfly High martini.
