Bacardi is developing a new brand experience at its principal distillery in San Juan, Puerto Rico, to be called Casa Bacardi!
Visitors to the centre will take an interactive journey through time to learn the Bacardi story from its beginnings in Cuba in 1862.
Creative director for the 16,000sq ft project is The Edinburgh Consultancy, which will project manage an international team of contractors.
Ian Buxton, managing partner of The Edinburgh Consultancy, told Attractions Management: 'I definitely see corporate and brand-building work as being hugely important to the visitor attractions industry. We are building the spaces in which the 'Experience Economy' actually happens, permitting brands to get closer to their consumers and to build sustainable relationships.
