Global fitness company Les Mills has launched a search for an experienced manager to lead its flagship club in Auckland City, New Zealand.

As well as holding a key strategic position in the group, the successful candidate will be responsible for running the 6,500sq m club and leading a fitness team that looks after a large membership.

The new club manager will report directly to the head of club operations.

The company is inviting applications from fitness professionals who meet the requirements, which ask for candidates to have:

- a proven track record in people leadership in the fitness industry with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve beyond what they thought possible

- more than 10 years' experience in management and leadership roles- strong business acumen

- budget formulation and successful execution- the ability to collaborate closely with the national office and Les Mills International to ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives

- a relevant tertiary qualification- experience working autonomously

- a "fitness story" and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle
