Spa industry veteran Zoe Wall has been promoted to vice president of Siro and wellness by resort developer and operator Kerzner International.

Wall began her tenure with Kerzner in 2022 as its first-ever global wellness director.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, she was tasked with aligning and defining the wellness offerings for each of the group’s brands – including One&Only Resorts, Atlantis Resort & Residences, Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort and the soon-to-be-launched Siro Hotels.

Siro is Kerzner’s newest hospitality brand inspired by recovery and fitness with gold-medal Olympians as ambassadors. The first property, Siro One Za'abeel, will open on 1 February in Dubai and offer guests experiences built around the brand's five biohacking pillars – fitness, nutrition, sleep, recovery and mindfulness with tech integrations built in.

A second Siro location is set to launch in Montenegro later this year.

Zoe Wall’s spa and wellness career

Prior to working at Kerzner, Wall spent four years as group director of spa, Asia, at spa management company MSpa International – the spa management arm of Minor Hotel Group.

She started out in the industry working as an aesthetician on board spas with Steiner, the world’s largest operator of spas at sea.

In 2008, Wall moved to Dubai, where she was part of the pre-opening team of the spa at Atlantis The Palm.

Five years later, she joined Anantara Hotels & Resorts – one of Minor’s brands – as spa director in Dubai. Wall launched spas at Anantara The Palm Dubai and Banana Island Resort in Doha during this stint and was also responsible for operations at the Anantara Spa at Eastern Mangroves Hotel & Spa by Anantara.

She then progressed to a role with Natura Bissé, working as regional spa business development management, before joining MSpa.
